Join us in the FCAC studio for an introduction to cross stitching!

Cross-stitch is a popular, relaxing form of counted-thread embroidery that is easy for beginners to learn. It uses small, X-shaped stitches in a grid-like pattern on even-weave fabric to form a picture or design.

Participants will choose from a selection of patterns created by our teaching artists.

Workshop Details:

Location: FCAC Studio in Cussewago Square, Meadville, PA

Open to Ages 10 and up (10-13 with adult supervision)

Workshop Fee: $35 (Members receive a 25% discount!)

About the Artist:

This workshop will be led by fiber artist Katie Wickert. Along with her fiber art practice, Katie is an avid birdwatcher and the photographer behind Wild Heron Photography.
