Julie Panchura is the Marketing Coordinator for the Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce, where she brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to community engagement. She is passionate about promoting local events and supporting small businesses, both professionally and personally.

Julie is serving as Vice President of the French Creek Arts Collective, where she is helping spearhead the development of an instrument lending library to increase access to music in the community. She also serves on the board of the Crawford County Convention and Visitors Bureau and is a former board member of the Meadville Independent Business Alliance.

In addition to her professional and volunteer roles, Julie is a singer with the acoustic duo 50 Miles to Empty. She has been married for 28 years and is the proud mother of four sons and a grandmother to one beautiful granddaughter. A Meadville resident, she enjoys shopping local, exploring the outdoors by bike, kayak, or trail, and unwinding with a good book. Julie finds her greatest joy in time spent with family and in giving back to the community she loves.
